Storage Service

• Users who choose the small parcel service of delivery or purchasing on our website are entitled to 60 days of free warehousing service.

• 60 days Free Storage is NOT applicable to Large Size Goods Over 0.3m³

• For small parcel, after the 60 days, there will be an additional charge of RM1/PER DAY (and so on) for each individual waybill number, otherwise the goods will be destroyed automatically and the Users have no right to claim for compensation afterwards.

• Small parcel can only be stored for 30 days provided the storage by paying fees are paid. Hence, 60 days free storage + 30 days charge storage come to a total of 90 days. After the deadline, the goods will be destroyed automatically, and the Users haves no right to claim for compensation afterwards.

• If the delivery of the goods fails for the first time (due to customer factors), we will arrange the delivery again. If the second delivery is also unsuccessful (due to customer factors), we will store the goods in the warehouse, the User must arrange for self-collection within 10 days from the date of storing of goods at the warehouse, otherwise the goods will be automatically destroyed.
