1.By sea transportation:

• According to the restrictions of International Transportation Association, our company refuses to accept:
Liquids, powders, fresh foods, livestocks, plants, medicines or chemicals, flammable and explosive products, perishable or corrosive products, optical discs, firearms or weapons, tobacco, rice, wine, sex toys, high value products (gold and silver bars, coins, mobile phones, laptops, desktops, gems, jewelry, currency of any country (banknotes and coins), negotiable securities, any type of cheques, stocks, bonds, certificates, antiques, art, electronic cars or motorcycles, electronic cigarettes, etc.

• Sensitive goods: ceramic items, foods, battery products, imitation brand products, building materials (tiles), etc.

• If the Users are unsure whether a product/good is within the shipping coverage of our Company, you may check with our customer service before placing an order.

• If the delivery of the goods fails for the first time (due to customer factors), we will arrange the delivery again. If the second delivery is also unsuccessful (due to customer factors), we will store the goods in the warehouse, the User must arrange for self-collection within 10 days from the date of storing of goods at the warehouse, otherwise the goods will be automatically destroyed.

2.By air transportation:

Liquids, food, powders, fresh foods, livestocks, plants, medicines or chemicals, flammable and explosive products, perishable or corrosive products, optical discs, firearms or weapons, tobacco, rice, wine, sex toys, high value products (gold and silver bars, coins, mobile phones, laptops, desktops, gems, jewelry, currency of any countries (banknotes and coins), negotiable securities, any type of checks, stocks, bonds, certificates, antiques, artwork, electronic cars or motorcycles, electronic cigarettes, etc.

• Sensitive goods: Imitation brand products, electronic products, magnetic products, battery products, etc.

• If the Users are unsure whether a product/good is within the shipping coverage of our Company, you may check with our customer service before placing an order.
