How to register to become a member?

Visit our website, click【register】button, fill in the relevant authentic information.

After system verification, a temporary password will be sent to the user's registered email address.

User re-enters the website, and after using the temporary password + email address to log in successfully, the user can enter the member profile column, reset the password to complete the entire registration process.

Forgot the Password?

Visit the website and click 【Forgot Password?】button, enter the email address and submit it. Check your inbox for a temporary password email.

Please use your new password and registered email address when you signed up the Deliboy account to login.

For Example

Parcel ⚖️Actual Weight is 35 KG
Parcel 📏Volume Weight 160 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm / 6000 = 40 KG

** Shipping fee will then take 40 KG as chargeable weight。

Seller only provides
Actual Weight most of the time,
so client will have to ask the seller for the parcel size (height, width, height) after packaging

At 集运中心 > Select Parcel > Make Payment, minimum chargeable weight unit is 1 KG, If client's parcel is 1.2 KG, then the chargeable weight will be 2 KG.

All packed parcels's actual weight and volume weight will be subject to our warehouse measurement.

How to pay the freight?

Users need to Top Up their personal e-wallet before they can proceed to any payment on our website.

Why is the balance e-wallet not updated immediately after Top up?

If User use the online transfer method, please submit a bank in slips after the transfer, and we will process the transaction within one working day. After successful verification, the balance of the e-wallet will be updated.

If there is no update after one working day, please contact with our customer service.

Can I withdraw my balance from e-wallet?

Our company does not provide the service to withdraw the e-wallet balance.

What products cannot be purchased and shipped?

All 【contraband product】 are included in the scope of non-acceptance of purchasing and shipping. Click[here]for any inquire.

Can I purchase or ship fragile product?

Yes. Fragile contents such as glass, ceramics and similar items must put the caution mark on the box and it requires a particular secure packaging. We assumes no liability as a carrier and is not to be held responsible for any damage of glass or fragile goods during transit or custom clearance, buyer shall be responsible for all the damage of goods.

Fragile products: Glass products, ceramic products, acrylic products, fine model finished products and etc.

If the Users are unsure whether a product/good is within the shipping coverage of our Company, you may check with our customer service before placing an order.

Can I purchase or ship sensitive product?

Yes, imitation brand products, electronic products, magnetic products, battery-containing products, ceramic items, food, building materials (tiles), etc. All belong to the category of sensitive goods, which are different from the general freight rates.

If the Users are unsure whether a product/good is within the shipping coverage of our Company, you may check with our customer service before placing an order.

Users shall bear their own risks. Our Company shall adopt a disclaimer and shall not be liable if the items are detained or confiscated by customs or lost.

How to submit Tracking No ?

1. After login to Member page, press 代运单
2. Press 添加代运单
3. Select Sea option if you are using sea shipping, select Air option if you using air freight.
4. Fill in simple product name
5. Select Inland Courier Name or ask your seller.
6. Fill in tracking number or ask your seller.
7. Normally, 1 tracking number will only have 1 ctn of parcel. If you bought many products from 1 seller, seller may pack all product into 1 ctn. Please confirm with seller if seller packed into more than 1 ctn. If seller sent out more than 1 ctn and there are different tracking numbers, you will need to submit all of the tracking number separately into our system (in 添加代运单).
8. Fill in the product cost in RMB¥
For Example: If normal price is ¥30, after discount price or using voucher. Final selling price is ¥15. Please fill in ¥15
9. If you need extra services such as inspection service, take photo service, please press this button to purchase the service.
(Every extra services have difference price)
10. If you need submit more than 1 tracking number, please press + button to add more row.
11. After filled in, press Submit button

Parcel Status and Flow

淘宝代运 流程

【货在途中】 means parcel is in transit by SEA / AIR

【清关中】 means Customer Clearance in progress, normally take round 3 days

【仓库待分货(马)】 means Parcel is NOT READY. Distribution in progress by Malaysia Warehouse (Normally take 2-3 days)

【等待用户自提】 means Parcel is READY to pick up, please make appointment with customer service.

【准备派送】 means Parcel is Ready to Delivery

Can the goods be temporarily stored in the warehouse?

Sea freight Small parcels can be stored for 60 days.

Air freight Small parcels can be stored for 15 days.

Free Storage is NOT applicable to Large Size Goods Over 0.3m³

60 days free storage calculate starts from the day when the goods are received by our China warehouse
Parcels in the 集运中心 will show the remaining days of free storage.
After the overdue period, there will be a storage fee, otherwise the goods will be automatically destroyed after 90 days, and the user has no right to make compensation afterwards.

What should I do if the goods have not received by the China warehouse for a long time?

The possible reasons are as follows:


Tracking number invalid:The tracking number provided by the seller has been changed or is incorrect. Please confirm the tracking number again with the seller. Users can check the status on the related websites by themselves according to the tracking number provided by the seller.


Courier system show the wrong courier status:In order to show efficiency, many courier service in China often show the status as delivered while the goods have not been correctly delivered. In general, our company will request customers to ask the courier service to present a receipt to prove that the goods have been received by our warehouse.


The warehouse address is incorrect: Please confirm with the seller again whether the China warehouse address is correct.


The package did not indicate Client code:Rejection by our china warehouse. All the package of the goods should be packed in good condition and indicated client code which given to user by Deliboy before. Otherwise our warehouse will have the right to reject the goods.

Why system show "Pending Received", but Taobao Logistic Information show "Received" ?

We are updating the Stock In information from Monday to Saturday
Update Time around 🕓 5.30pm
 
‼Note‼
1. We will update stock in information on the next day around 5.30pm, if the received time is during 5pm - 6pm on Taobao Logistic Information
2. If the received time is after 6pm on Taobao Logistic Information, most likely the goods are still in the hands of the delivery man.
3. Please inform us if you found that the stock in information still not updated.

How many days ship from China to Malaysia by Sea Shipping or Air Freight ?

Sea Freight🚢 normally *20~25* working days
Air Freight✈️ normally *5~7* working days
 
*Tips*
Delay may occur if facing weather factors, customs detention, temporary change of shipping plan of the ship/airline, etc

What is the difference between Included Tax and Not included Tax for Air Shipping ?

It may have Custom Duty and Tax when you ship item from China to Malaysia.
If customer select *Tax Included* channel , if custom need us to pay for Duty & Tax, * Our company will pay for Duty & Tax *
Otherwise, if you select *Tax Not Included* channel, if custom need us to pay for Duty & Tax, * customer will pay for Duty & Tax *
So we advice that customer select Tax Included Channel

I accidentally make a wrong choice for shipping channel, how can i change the shipping channel ?

Sorry, we can't to do any amendment due to different location between AIR Warehouse & SEA Warehouse. So please double confirm your shipping channel before proceed to check-out at Taobao.

Other Fees

Other than shipping fee and additional service fee, there're also:

1. Special Sensitive Product Fee
Special sensitive product will be charged for special sensitive product fee, such as: tyre, motorcycle and etc. Please confirm with us before shipping.
 
2. Over-length Fee

If the length of the parcel exceed 80cm, over-length fee may be charged if you're not self-collecting from our warehouse. Please confirm with the seller about parcel size before shipping.

Can I ship snacks and food?

Snacks and foods are considered as sensitive product, some of them could be shipped, please confirm with us first before shipping.

Frozen food or product that cannot stands high temperature are not suitable to ship. Because our container temperature could reach 60°C or above during shipment. We do not provide cold container currently.

Seller will have to pack the product in good condition before shipping. Parcel may have risk of pressing into each other while shipping.

* In case of any shortage or damage of the goods in the shipping process due to external factors such as rats or customs detention, our company will not be liable for any loss or damage of the goods.

Can I ship fragile item?

You may ship fragile item, but we advise that the seller to protect the parcel with wooden frame before shipping.

The seller is responsible for parcel's packaging. Wooden frame service provided by us could only reduce the risk of damaging while shipping.

If the parcel has been damaged during shipping, our company will not compensate. Because the parcel is being handed to multiple parties and there could be other factors affecting it that causes it to be damaged. User will have to bear the risk for the shipping service.

Who is eligible for 60 days of free storage?

User who choose the sea shipping small parcel service will be entitled for 60 days of free storage.

60 days free storage is NOT applicable to user who choose the large size goods over 0.3m³ service.

Count starts from the date our China warehouse receive the parcel.

Sea shipping parcel will be shipped to Malaysia warehouse directly and wait for user to continue their payment.

For small parcel, after the 60 days of free storage, there will be an additional charge of RM1/PER DAY (and so on) for each individual parcel. Otherwise the goods will be destroyed automatically and the users will have no right to claim for compensation afterwards.

Small parcel can only be stored for another 30 days by paying storing fees. Hence, 60 days free storage + 30 days charge storage come to a total of 90 days. After the deadline, the goods will be destroyed automatically, and the users haves no right to claim for compensation afterwards.

If the delivery of the goods fails for the first time (due to customer factors), we will arrange the delivery again. If the second delivery is also unsuccessful (due to customer factors), we will store the goods in the warehouse, the user must arrange for self-collection within 10 days after the second failed attempt of delivery, otherwise the goods will be automatically destroyed.
