Change Freight Type will cost you inland shipping fee and increase the risk of lost goods. We are not recommend to change freight type

📋Taobao Address Book must have Client Code
The Client Code is to allow warehouse personnel to identify the owner of the parcel.
When warehouse receive the goods encounters the following situations , we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
- Damaged Packaging
- Wet Packaging
- Payment for inland transportation fee when goods arrived at warehouse
- and any others emergency case
⚠️ The client code cannot be used as the stock in standard, user have to submit the tracking number into system
📝Ask seller for multiple tracking numbers
If purchases large quantities or large items on Taobao, the seller may use multiple tracking number to delivery, but only one tracking number will be displayed on Taobao.
Please remember to ask the seller for other tracking numbers after each purchase, and then submit the tracking number into system.

🗡️Contraband
Our Company will not intervene if the goods found are contraband. If the User conceals the report and the goods are confiscated by the relevant authorities or investigated for legal liabilities, the User shall bear all the liabilities.
The Users shall bear all the responsibilities caused by false declaration or the contraband leading to all/partial return/deduction of the goods for export or fail to pass through customs clearance/additional charges are added
Our Company will consider blacklisting the User if the recidivism rate is too high or common.

🏭60-day Free Storage
60-day free storage ONLY applicable for SEA Freight Small Parcel
For small parcel, after the 60 days, there will be an additional charge of RM1/PER DAY (and so on) for each individual waybill number, otherwise the goods will be destroyed automatically and the Users have no right to claim for compensation afterwards. Small parcel can only be stored for 30 days provided the storage by paying fees are paid. Hence, 60 days free storage + 30 days charge storage come to a total of 90 days. After the deadline, the goods will be destroyed automatically, and the Users haves no right to claim for compensation afterwards.
⚠️NOT APPLICABLE for Large Size Goods Over 0.3m³, Large Size Goods Over 0.3m³ is ONLY applicable for single item size over 0.3m³. Large Size Goods Over 0.3m³ HAS NO free storage.

📦Parcel Packaging Requirement
Our warehouse will not unpack and repack parcel. We will deliver the parcel with the original packaging from supplier.
⚠️ The responsibility to strengthen the packaging lies with the manufacturer. The Users can later require the wooden rack service and fragile label service which can only reduce the risk of damage during shipping. In the event of any unfortunate damage during the shipping process, we will not accept it. Please bear your own risks.
🍬Food & Snack Packaging Requirement
Snacks and foods are considered as sensitive product, some of them could be shipped, please confirm with us first before shipping.
❌Frozen food or product that cannot stands high temperature are not suitable to ship. Because our container temperature could reach 60°C or above during shipment. We do not provide cold container currently.
Seller have to pack the product in good condition before shipping. The outermost layer of the package needs to be wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent leakage. Parcel may have risk of pressing into each other while shipping.
⚠️ For Foods & Snacks, in case of any shortage or damage of the goods in the shipping process due to external factors such as rats or customs detention, our company will not be liable for any loss or damage of the goods.
💡Fragile Goods Packaging Requirement
⚠️ If the goods are fragile, the responsibility to strengthen the packaging lies with the manufacturer. Please ensure your seller to repack with wooden rack before delivery.

💳Any other extra charges ?
a. Special Sensitive Product Fee
Normal sensitive item have no extra Special Sensitive Fee but special sensitive item will have Special Sensitive Fee. For example: marble, tire and etc. Please check with us before shipping
b. Over-length Fee
If any side of the parcel exceed 80cm, please contact customer service. Additional over-length fee may be charged.
80-120cm RM30
121-149cm charges RM50
150cm or above charges RM120
* No Over-length Fee for SEA Large Parcel and SEA Warehouse Collect
c. Storage Charges (SEA Freight Small Parcel)
Calculated from the Date Stock in Hub China.
After 60-day, there will be an additional charge of RM1 / PER DAY / PER CTN
- After 90-day, the goods will be destroyed automatically, and the Users haves no right to claim for compensation afterwards.
d. Outskirt Area Delivery Fee
Shipping price is only applicable to the main cities in West Malaysia, 【Outskirt Area】 will have extra charges.
e. Additional Services
If select extra services when placing order, it will have extra service charges.

[ Pending Distribution (HUB MY) ]
means some parcels are not arrived to Malaysia warehouse.When all parcels are arrived to Malaysia Warehouse according to invoice. We will start to distribute parcels (in a few days)
[ Ready to Own Collect ]
means Parcel is READY to pick up, please make appointment with customer service.
[ Ready to Delivery ]
means Malaysia Warehouse is arranged to schedule delivery
🚛Local Delivery Method
Please prepare your manpower & Forklift for heavy and large goods. Parcels are only delivered to the unloading area or ground floor. Driver will not delivery parcel to upstairs. Please negotiate with driver if you need delivery to upstairs.
If own driver delivery, warehouse will contact customer by phone before 1 day. Please pick up phone call of unfamiliar phone number.
Driver delivery is according to the itinerary, normally delivery time range between 9am - 6pm, it is unable to delivery in specific time.
🚶Warehouse Self Collect
Status [ Pending Distribution (HUB MY) ] is mean that parcel is reach Malaysia Warehouse, and waiting for User Payment
⚠After payment done, Malaysia Warehouse will start to distribute the parcel according the invoice. Please be patient🙏
[ Ready to Own Collect (HUB MY) ] is mean that distribution is complete, user is allow to collect parcel at Warehouse
🚶♀️Other Collection Point Self Collect
Status [ Pending Distribution (HUB MY) ] is mean that parcel is reach Malaysia Warehouse, and waiting for User Payment
