Time Update Parcel Information into System
Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holiday) Update around 5pm - 6pm
Sign for the parcel around 4pm - 6pm
Sign for the parcel around 4pm - 6pm, will update into system on next working days 5pm - 6pm
Sign for the parcel on Sunday, Public Holiday, After Working Hour 6pm
Normally is fake sign off by Courier Guy, please contact seller for the arrangement
⚠️Still Pending Update into system
Please contact Customer Services
Step 2 - Go to Conso Centre
Press [ Conso Centre ]
Step 3 - Select Parcel, Press Check Out
After updated parcel information into system, Conso Centre will show parcel information
⚠️ETA - Estimated Time Arrival to Malaysia Port
After Container reach Malaysia port, it will proceed to Custom Clearance around 3 to 5 days
⚠️ Self Collect Separately
If you need to pick up the parcels separately, please pay separately, separate invoices, we are not accept one Invoice separate pick up
⚠️ Shipping Fee will deduct from your e-wallet
Please top up first if e-wallet balance is insufficient. After approve top up request, you have to back to Conso Centrs to check out again.
